Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented senior accountant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will interact with accounting and operations personnel to verify financial records and transactions. You will report directly to the Controller. You must have keen attention to detail and maintain account balances Senior Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks. Responsibilities

  • Verifying allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
  • Independently complete month end reconciliations, including but not limited to: Cash, AR, AP,
  • Prepaids, Accrued Expenses, Payroll Liabilities, Sales Tax Liabilities and Intercompany.
  • Producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results
  • Assist in payroll calculation and bookkeeping
  • Tag and monitor fixed assets; participate in the annual inventory process
  • Record financial information for analysis
  • Assist in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for managers
  • and executives
  • Forecast and plan for future needs
  • Assist with Audits and Taxes
  • Maintain account balances and bank statements
  • Assist month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes
  • Liaise with accounting team to improve financial procedures


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or equivalent job experience
  • Previous experience as an accountant or accounting supervisor
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills; Knowledge of and experience with MS Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Google, computerized accounting software, Accumatica highly desirable.
  • Advanced MS Excel accounting skills, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables


Physical Requirements

  • Standing, walking, and interacting with guests for extended periods.
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving product up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for product handling and transactions.

Position Summary: 

Mint Cannabis is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Team Member to join our retail inventory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock audits, and ensuring efficient stock control practices. This role requires a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Must be able to track, update, and manage inventory records in internal computer systems.
  • Must be able to organize and maintain inventory storage areas following company standards.
  • Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and restocking incoming shipments.
  • Must be able to prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments.
  • Responsible for identifying discrepancies, reporting low stock, and flagging inventory issues.
  • Must be able to assist in implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss.
  • Must ensure compliance with all Arizona cannabis inventory regulations and tracking protocols.
  • Must coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure inventory alignment.

What You'll Do

  • Travel, as needed, between all Arizona retail locations.
  • Lead daily inventory tasks including receiving, shipping, stock organization, and
    internal audits
  • Track and update stock levels using inventory software with a high level of
    accuracy
  • Flag low stock, miscounts, or other discrepancies for fast resolution
  • Keep the inventory storage clean, organized, and optimized for safe workflow
  • Work cross-functionally with logistics, purchasing, and compliance teams
  • Assist with product labeling, tagging, and barcoding
  • Train and guide team members to follow SOPs, meet productivity goals, and stay
    compliant

What You’ll Do

  • Produce high-quality hot foods with consistent flavor, texture, appearance, and accurate infusion dosing
  • Execute prep tasks cleanly and efficiently, prioritizing daily prep lists to balance patient orders and station needs
  • Accurately calculate and prepare butter and oil portions for use in infused dishes
  • Request and apply proper labeling for all savory goods, including adjustments for vegan options

We’re looking for a Mass Production Baker who’s ready to turn up the heat (literally), scale recipes like a pro, and crank out high-quality baked goods that are consistent, compliant, and cannabis-infused.

If you’ve got serious baking skills, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and want to be part of a team that’s elevating what edibles can be — this is your chance to get in the mix. 🌱


What You’ll Do

  • Bake, mix, scale, portion, and prepare large quantities of baked goods, edibles, gummies, and snack products
  • Follow recipes (modern and traditional) with consistency and precision
  • Observe and maintain standards through every stage — from mixing and baking to cooling, packaging, and labeling
  • Track and manage inventory for baking ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cannabis dosing, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to hit daily production goals with minimal waste
  • Maintain accurate records of batch output, labeling, and product weights
  • Support general operations as needed, including cleaning, supply restocking, and equipment prep
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and management — no egos, just execution
  • Present a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times

What You’ll Bring

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (per A.R.S. §36-2801.10)
  • Must be able to pass a background check required by the Arizona Department of Health Services
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • 1+ year of bakery production experience — large batch baking preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Working knowledge of food sanitation, safe handling, and cannabis product standards
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Team player mentality — reliable, respectful, and focused
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
