Navigating the Sales Module
The Sales module is where you manage your entire order-to-cash process. Here's how to get around:
Accessing Sales
- Log in to Odoo at letsgomint.us/odoo
- Click the Sales icon in the main menu (or search for "Sales" in the app launcher)
- You'll land on the Quotations list by default
Main Menu Items
| Menu | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Orders > Quotations | Draft quotes not yet confirmed |
| Orders > Orders | Confirmed sales orders |
| To Invoice | Orders ready to be invoiced |
| Products | Product catalog |
| Reporting | Sales analysis, invoiced amounts, activities |
Tip: Use the search bar at the top to quickly filter by customer, product, or salesperson.
